How Do I Fix QuickBooks Won't Open Company File?

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with QuickBooks not opening my company file. It just won't load, and I'm not sure why. Has anyone experienced this before? What solutions worked for you? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
