I’m unable to delete a scheduled payroll in QuickBooks. Despite following the standard process, the payroll remains in the schedule. Has anyone encountered this issue? What solutions or workarounds did you find effective? Any advice on resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

If you're having trouble deleting a scheduled payroll in QuickBooks, try these steps:

  1. Access Scheduled Payroll:

    • Go to the “Employees” menu.
    • Select “Payroll Center.”
    • Click on the “Pay Employees” tab.
  2. Find Scheduled Payroll:

    • Look for the “Scheduled Payroll” section.
    • Locate the payroll you want to delete.
  3. Delete Scheduled Payroll:

    • Click on the payroll schedule you want to delete.
