A few additional search tips worth noting:

  • Enter just a few key words related to your question/problem & add key words to refine your search
  • Do NOT use punctuation 
  • Search is not case sensitive
  • Avoid non-descriptive filler words like 'how', 'the', 'what
  • If you do not find what you are looking for for the first time, reduce the number of keywords, and try again

A few more value points I share with the "Google Search for Service Titan" of ST Community...

1. Sorting by the tabs below search box (this enables me to focus for what type of resource that can help me)
