Did you know that you or your CSRs don't have to remember every single question for each job type that they are supposed to ask customers when on the phone? Or that you don't have to memorize all of the call scripts? Look no further than Job Summaries!

  • In your settings, go into 'Job Types'.
  • Then find the job type that you want to add questions or call scripting to.
  • Go in and edit that job type and scroll down to where it says 'Job Summary'.
  • Add in your call script and all questions that you require to be asked into the job summary.

Doing these simple steps will then add these questions and call scripts into the selected job types when that specific job type is selected on the call booking screen. Now you or your CSRs don't have to either remember what to say or jump from one screen to another! It's all in one place!
