PRO tip I've discovered as a Customer Service Representative - if you want to successfully reach your follow ups (recurring services are due or unsold estimates you'd like to close) you have a higher success rate on inclement weather days. More people tend to be home with their children on snow days or they opt to work from home instead of the office. I always am able to reach and book more appointments on stormy/snowy days! This is one perk to living in Canada haha! So if you have a client that is really hard to reach, try them on a snow day and just maybe you will finally connect with them! Happy calling! ☎️
