Welcome to the Pioneering Trades community group! This is a space dedicated for our customers in new markets to learn, thrive, and meet other folks in their industry. We'd love to get your wheels turning with a few intro questions to get to know you better.
1. What industry are you coming from?
2. How long have you been working in the trades?
3. What is your favorite ServiceTitan feature?
4. What is one area of the ServiceTitan product you would want to change?

@JessicaSmith @RandiThompson @Sheena_Palacios - great ideas with the additions to audit! I know you all are pretty active in the community and I definitely want to encourage you to post these on the ideas page if you haven't already. Our product teams monitor that and it's the most effective way for your feedback to get noticed and considered for implementation!

2. Almost 1.5 years. I come from the automotive industry.
3. Chat, Map 2.0, all of it.
4. Certain places you can only see the customer, not the location. We have one certain customer with a ton of locations and I always have to look up the addresses.

I agree with you Randi, it would be nice to jump into any technicians jobs (view their schedule) from the mobile app as a manager for QC and other purposes.

Awesome to Hear Randi! I believe we are actually working on a revamp for the customer/location page. I am curious to hear if you have an example of where you would want to see the address that you currently can't. Always love to share that info to our product team.
