5 star reviews for technicians

Is there a report out there that allows me to see a week or a months worth of reviews that technicians are getting?

You can go to Marketing, then reviews on the left and then be able to download them.

Question on this  - I had the same question as LNoris.  I have not been able to get this to work, however. We use google reviews through the marketing tab in ST.  When I choose the options in the description, it's blank.  Yet I see the google reviews and respond to them via the marketing, Reviews Tab.  How can I go about seeing the average raiting and verified reviews in the colums?

Hi @LNorse there is a report template titled "Technician Performance" that has a column called "Customer Satisfaction" which will give you this kpi, you can just filter the date range to weekly or monthly 🙂
