BBPOS Chip reader in ST Office

We are new to ST. We have our techs setup on the BBPOS with IPADS. Here in the office, we have a lot of walk ins and were planning on using the POS in office to sell our products to customers. However, we are not able to get the BBPOS to link up with ST on the PC's. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a work around or is it a Moog point?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the bbpos readers are for mobile devices only. Would you have an extra tablet or mobile device you could use for collecting payments in the front office?

It seems like that will be the only option that we can go with.
