Merging

I am trying to merge a customer under a contractor. I created a new customer but when I go to merge customer only one shows up, I don't know what I am doing wrong. help

Card readers- I noticed you posted that you had some issues getting these set up initially but got it figured out. What steps did you take to get them working we are not having any luck on getting them to sync to the I pad. They came with no instructions.

Do you happen to know how to make Zapier trigger from estimates selling? Goal would be Sold est create a task. I used the filter action : Estimates Status Name>Text Matches>Sold. Everything tested out good but it isn't happening in the field.
