Regardless of how your customers are looking to to book jobs, ServiceTitan is here to help! Introducing both the Web Scheduler feature, as well as Schedule Engine!

Web Scheduler

With ServiceTitan’s Web Scheduler, you can integrate a widget within your company website that will allow your customers to submit job booking requests that will flow directly into ServiceTitan. Customers will not need to call your office to schedule a job. They can now do so from anywhere, anytime!

Schedule Engine

Schedule Engine is a more dynamic feature, taking the Web Scheduler experience and building on it. In addition to online web booking, it includes:

  • Live voice and chat agents for 24/7 assistance. Think of it as a 24/7 Digital CSR!
  • Customers can add pictures and videos onto their job booking request for your technicians to view out in the field.
  • In addition to pictures and videos, you can add your own questions into the booking process, which will gather more relevant information before your technicians head out to the job site.
  • Schedule Engine allows for job bookings up to a year in advance, whereas Web Scheduler can only book jobs that are up to thirty days in advance.
  • While not part of the current offering, in a future release Schedule Engine will record leads if customers do not finish the booking process, so you will never miss on another lead again!
