ServiceTitan Community

Over the years, ServiceTitan has had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to the growth of LadyTitans. It has been a journey filled with inspiring experiences, shared learnings, and growth. We are incredibly proud of what we have built together and grateful for your trust and active participation in this amazing community.

From the beginning, ServiceTitan has had the honor of providing resources to help grow LadyTitans into the strong community it is today. As we continue to evolve, we believe that the best way to serve the LadyTitans community is to further empower its members. 

Because of this, we have decided to transition the management and operation of LadyTitans to its user board members. The current user board members – Renee Lenox, Lauren Vahey, and Jessica Woodruff Smith – will lead this transition into a new chapter for this inspiring community!

As LadyTitans transitions back to a user-led group, there are a few changes you should be aware of:

• The privacy and security of personal user data is a top priority for ServiceTitan. Because of this, we will not be able to provide any previously collected data to LadyTitans’ new leadership members. All LadyTitans user data will be permanently deleted from our systems, and the ladytitans@servicetitan.com email will be discontinued. 
• Because of this, to continue to receive communication and updates from LadyTitans, you will need to sign up with the new user-led group, which you can do by clicking here.
• All email communication from LadyTitans will now come through info@ladytitans.org. 
• All ServiceTitan employee board members will be stepping down from their current positions, and we thank them for their efforts and commitment to this amazing group so far.
• Moving forward, any ServiceTitan employee is still welcome to remain in LadyTitans as members, and serve on the board in the future, if elected.     

We also want you to know what’s NOT changing: 

• Monthly Meetings and Lounge sessions will continue on their regularly scheduled days and times.
• The LadyTitans communities on Facebook, ServiceTitan Community, YouTube, and TikTok will continue to operate as normal.
• The LadyTitans branding will stay the same, however, “powered by ServiceTitan” will be removed from logos moving forward.

As we embark on this new chapter, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your support and participation in LadyTitans. We are excited to see the community continue to grow and evolve!
