I love the automatic billing rules for recurring billing. We use this for our Service Agreements.
My only thing I wish I could change is that I can generate the invoice 1 month in advance BEFORE the next bill date.
So if I have an agreement, quarterly billing, starting January 1st, the next bill is for April 1st, but we like to send those out early because we want to be PAID by April 1st for that next quarter. So before service titan we sent those invoices out March 15th.
Right now the Billing rules allow you to bill on a certain date of the month for a contract billing date on the same month, but I want to be able to have an option to bill in the month prior.
Should be a super easy add, or does anyone have a way around this without having to manually initiate a billing run?
