Hello and welcome to the ServiceTitan CSR/Dispatcher Group! Whether you are a CSR, Dispatcher, CSR Manager, or wear some combination of those hats, we are so excited to have you here. This is a place where all of these roles can come together to share best practices in and out of ServiceTitan. This means all things in ServiceTitan as well as best practices in your office and day-to-day work.

We have a lot of fun things planned for this group and cannot wait to share those things with you. To make sure that we have our content geared towards YOU, we want to hear from YOU! Hello friends! Welcome to the group! My name is Angie Snow, and I'm excited to be a moderator of this group with Conner - our amazing CSR Training Specialist.

A little about me: I started my first job out of high school as a CSR for a large home service repair company. I had no idea that 12 years later, I'd be purchasing my own HVAC repair company and step back into the role of CSR and dispatcher.

Over the years I've grown my company, Western Heating & Air in Orem, Utah and and now have a team of CSRs, dispatchers, and an amazing CSR manager who run the show! We've worked hard to uplevel our customer service skills, and have used our 7 Star CSR program to help train CSRs and dispatchers from all over the country.

I'm very fortunate to now serve as an Industry Advisor here at ServiceTitan and hope to be able to share my experience and expertise to help this group of CSRs and dispatchers thrive!
