Hi everyone,
Our suppliers sell hardware boxes which include cables, rollers, hinges, top brackets, etc. and we save ~$100 buying the box compared to each individual item separately. Though primarily intended for installs, we use the items from these hardware boxes for service so cables and rollers get used up faster than hinges, for example.
We'd like to continue to access the savings that purchasing box provides, but seems cleaner from an inventory management perspective to replenish the individual items as needed. Any recommendations for setting up our pricebook and/or inventory replenishment to get the best of both worlds in this scenario? Same goes for openers and rails. Thanks in advance!
