Outbound calling with extensions

We're having an issue with outbound calling. Our desk phones have extensions, those extensions are programmed into the employee profiles, and it's not calling the extension. Any ideas?

CSR-taking a call for a job that is already booked

Wouldn't it be nice to be asked when taking a call from a customer that already has a job booked.... Do you want to tag this call to a job? Then even if the customer has multiple jobs with us I can choose which job I want just like i can in the aband...
