Auto maintenance scheduling

Is there any way to set up an automatic scheduling for maintenance on a reoccurring schedule? We are doing a monthly inspection on our fleet. Is there a way to do this without having to book a job for each truck to have them access the form???

Zapier Integration

I am trying to connect ST to Zapier and I am getting a "authentication failed: Bad Request:{error. "invalid client"} anyone know what this means? On ST it says that it is successfully connected.

I am wanting the text that the customer receives include a picture and bio of the tech that is coming to their home. I have their bios under employees, but how to I get that to appear to the client? Thank you
