I'd like to have the option to send a pdf with our Membership information from the Email Estimates page. Is there a current way to do that?

For ongoing service contracts, is there a way to set up booking reminders for the duration of the contract? Or, are their reminder options for Recurring Services, outside of running a report?

Service Titan has been randomly booting techs out of jobs, and clocking them in and out. Is this happening for anyone else?

Why is there not a way to classify employee phone calls immediately? Half of our calls are technicians calling in and we have to go in and mark those as employee calls when there should be a way that automatically does this.

I am also running into this on a particular customer. I created a new customer with the same information, merged the customers, and I'm still getting the same error when I try to Export.

I don't want to schedule an alert for customers. I want to schedule an internal alert.

Not yet. It's been happening for a couple weeks now, and I was curious if others were having the same issues. I'll probably open a case.
