One of our field managers would like to know if it would be possible to add his email to every single job that we book. This way, when he is out in the field, the technician can send the email with the estimates to him so he can see them easier than having to switch from the tech side to the office side. It would all be right there in the email. Anyway this can be done? Or can it be added?

Hey @tlevings you can set up an alert to be sent to the manager when a job is booked and when a customer views the estimate. The other option is to add the manager's email to BCC in the email settings and every time an estimate is sent to a customer it automatically sends it to that BCC email address as well.
Settings - Integration/Alerts - Type Booked job. You can add the manager's email under the recipients.
Setting - Invoicing/Email - Estimates - BCC
Hope this helps! 😊

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, we will look through the unsold estimates on our follow up page in office. There is an alert for sold estimates that could be emailed, but none for unsold that I could see.

You can have your tech enter in the field manager's email address manually on the estimate screen. If you did not want the customer to see it before the field manager does, then your tech would uncheck the box next to the customer's email address. If you were to add your field manager's email address to every customer, then he would receive any emails that customer receives unless your office staff remembers to uncheck the box next to his name each time something is sent out.
