Cancellation List

What does everyone use for a cancellation list? I'd ideally like to have it available in ServiceTitan but that doesn't seem to be a feature. I'm exploring options. Thanks!

We use a "Stand By" tag that is red in color that shows on the Dispatch Board. The CSR books the job for the customer based on our availability so we can at least get them in the schedule. The CSR then lets the customer know that if we get a cancellation, we have their job noted to contact them for possible reschedule.

We use a Microsoft To-Dos list, just copy the job link from Service Titan to the list for quick access and rebooking.

We use a MOVE UP! tag, book the appointment for a real slot, and then you can search by the tag using power search, or easily see it on the dispatch board when you're cruising for calls to move up 🙂

We use a shared Google sheet for this as it seems to work the best for now.

Create a tag "Cancellation List" - CSR/Dispatchers are to add it to the job during the call booking when customer is requesting to be to the cancellation list. Then you can go to the "Power Search" 🔍 --> filter by job --> filter your dates --> and tag "Cancellation" - 

Or you can create a report for jobs with the cancellation tag
