Hi fellow ST team!
When we mark an estimate as dismissed, can the customer still view the estimate and choose to accept it? Will they have access to it at all?

Hello!
In the case of Online Estimates, the answer is yes. If the customer still has the email with the link and they click it, they can still accept the estimate. In doing so, this shifts the estimate out of a dismissed status on the office side in ServiceTitan to a Sold status.
