E Mail Wrong On Service Agreement Template

Does anybody know where the service agreement template is pulling our company e-mail from??

It's one of our emails, but not one on any of our Business units

The email address is currently being pulled from a field that you do not have access to edit, which is less than ideal. This issue is expected to be resolved soon in an upcoming minor release.

In the meantime, here are two options available now in the document editor:

  • Use a Text component and add your email preferred address directly as text
  • Use the "Serving Business Unit" component, which pulls information from the Business Unit that the agreement is being sold under
