Office and Field Contact Separation

We need to introduce a system that allows us to distinguish between "OFFICE" and "FIELD" email and phone contacts within the commercial and industrial sectors.

In these sectors, certain contacts, such as the Accounting Department or the Purchasing Department, are designated as OFFICE-ONLY CONTACTS. These contacts are the ones we usually correspond with regarding invoices, proposals, and other such communications. They should not, however, receive Service Reports and Pictures.

On the other hand, we have FIELD CONTACTS. These include the Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Operator, Maintenance Person, and others. These contacts should be the ones receiving Service Reports and Pictures, but should not be receiving invoices or other office-oriented documents.

To facilitate this, could we please implement a feature that allows us to mark contacts as OFFICE ONLY via a checkbox? This would effectively exclude these contacts from the field app. This feature has been requested in the past but has not yet been implemented.

We kindly request that the platform be made more accommodating to commercial and industrial operations.
