Sales Job Processes & Procedures

Hey Fellow Service Titan Users!! Anyone have any processes and procedures they would be willing to share for a plumbing sales role?
We have an individual that completes our plumbing inspections and provides estimates for softeners and water heaters. This is a new role for us and would love any and all feedback.

Thanks for the tag, @LBabayan. Hi @amandamk -- this is great to see your team expanding and putting a focus on this specific role in order to increase your sales. If you're not already doing this, ensure that an estimate job type is created with a sold threshold of $1 if you do not charge for estimates, and is used when booking estimates for your salesperson. Inspections should be it's own job type as you may collect a fee for this. Once those estimates are accepted, be sure to sell/convert into a booked job to ensure you're tracking metrics correctly! Hope this helps!

Thank you, Sheena! We just added a sales business unit and have been marking our estimate jobs as no charge/non opportunity since we don't charge for them, but since it is obviously a sales opportunity, that didn't make sense.  👏
