Training Tuesday - Technician Scorecards, and Technician Two-Way Chat

Be the FIRST TO KNOW what's coming in the next release! Shea Horner joined me today on Training Tuesday to share two of his favorite updates from the ST-60 Release: Technician Scorecards and Technician Two-Way chats between technicians and customers.

Technician Scorecard: View in depth performance of your technicians from sales by division and type, hours worked, customer satisfaction, conversion rates and closing rates. Select a date or date range for desired metrics.

Technician Two-Way Chat: Technicians will now be able to respond to customer chats while using the ServiceTitan Mobile App. This can only be done by updating technician permissions in customer communications.

Will the two way texting only be for jobs that the tech is assigned to?
