Is there a way to bypass the automatic training on ST for a new employee that is assigned to the CSR roll. It not needed as we hired a new girl that came from another company that used ST for the past 6 yrs and she is VERY well trained already.

Resolved! Technician Business Unit

It is required for implementing capacity planning to have technicians assigned to a business unit but when I go into tech settings, there is no option to select a business unit? Is there a different place where this is done?
