Certified Celebration?

I would like to request confetti 🎊🎉 and balloons🎈 to pop up on the screen when someone completes their Certified Administrator certification(and recertification). I just finished my re-certification for this year and remembered my disappointment when it didn't do it last year, it is so uneventful. Lol. All that learning and reading... we deserve some confetti on our screens... please? 😂 💃💥🎉
