I’m trying to use forms in ST where they are still fillable by the customer even if we’re not sitting with them on our iPad (example is during sales calls). I know when you send a form through the office side it shows up as a PDF in the email, but there is an E-sign option when sending from the mobile view. However, instead of showing up as something the customer can sign and accept like an estimate it shows up like the picture below. Is that a function we can turn on where we can send forms through mobile where customers can fill them out or sign them?
