Congratulations! Red Barn has been on ServiceTitan for around 3 years, but I'm not sure when our anniversary is. That happened before I was on board, so I don't remember those bad memories!

Definitely agree with you there!  The "old days" of using the grey blocks to block out a multi day job, then having to get the tech to clock back into the paused job...yuck!

I still can not get my company's buy in to get rid of the grey block and use appointments. I have been there admin for a little over a year now. Maybe one day soon I can have them use task management and stop pausing part jobs and use appointments. Also do not get me started on splits the scheduling office always has to keep the money on the person invoice that sold the job instead of using splits causing them to work twice in most instances. But they hate change lol
