We have recently added additional service managers to help manage our growing technician numbers. We assigned each manager several techs to manage and focus on while the service manager will keep an eye on the entire work force. We have noticed that service titan does not make it easy to assign techs to managers so that they can see their employees information easy and quickly.

I had the same thoughts regarding my Field Supervisors. They run a few reports each morning but alerts would streamline the process.
