Adding rules to forms

Could there be a way to incorporate adding a rule to a form that when a specific line item is checked or marked that it can be formatted to trigger a different form to be required?

do you use conditional logic forms?- you can add the rule and if that specific line item is checked you can add further questions into the same form to be filled out

I do use conditional logic, what I am referring to is when a particular line item on one form is checked it will then make it so a completely different form becomes "required" so the technicians cannot closeout their job before both forms are completed.
