Does anyone know why we can no longer see our responses are to Google ratings/reviews provided directly through ST jobs ???
Once upon a time, we were able to??
Every now and then, I show my direct Supervisor a response I made to a customer that may require additional follow up.
Recently, we received a not-so-stellar review and I responded with appreciation, telling the customer we are so grateful they highlighted an aspect of our service that needed work, but I also wanted to share the entire exchange with my Supervisor in case she wanted to follow up directly. There was a preview where you can "See" that I did reply to the reviewer, but my entire actual response was not visible...
Any ideas of what I am missing?? Thanks in advance for your help, ST Community!!!!
