I am trying to understand the recurring services and events. In my thinking if a customer has an annual membership that does not auto renew then it should be set up per visits. If they have one that auto renews then it needs to be set up as ongoing events like in our case every six months. I guess one thing that confuses me is how the follow ups work and how they affect the events. Can some one please explain this to me so that I fully understand . Thank you!

Hey there! You would want to create different billing durations and frequencies within your membership type. If you go to settings, invoicing, membership types, Under Step 1 (basics), youll see step 3 is duration & billing. That is where you can create different billing options to select.
