I began rebuilding my pricebook for launch the first of the year. This was all done inside the practice environment at the recommendation of my CSM to prevent disruption to my active pricebook pro and daily workflow. After nearly 100 hours of work im ready to launch BUT, i cant upload the material vendor export or pricebook in to my live account due to hundreds of error consisting of id codes, links, etc.. None of it makes sense. Technical support has made things worse with little to no explanation for me. Has anyone experienced something similar and what was the solution? It sickens me to think ST is unable to help me fix a problem they created.
