What is everyone doing for payments collected for jobs that won't be completed/Invoiced for a few weeks?
Are you posting and exporting the payments still daily to QBO even though it has no invoice to go against. My understanding is ST won't create an invoice to export until its in "completed" status.
We are new to ST and just trying to ensure this is the correct work flow we are following. Most of our jobs hang over a few weeks and then doing bank reconciliations is a mess because we waiting to post and export the invoices 1st, then the payments against them, but when they hang over different months it gets messy.
