Unapplied Payments Report - Vote for Idea

Hi ServiceTitan Family, please upvote this idea if you rely on reviewing an unapplied payments report like we do:

Refunded payments will not fall off the report and create some confusion.

I always create an unapplied payment report for all my clients.  When applied, they will fall off the report.

What about refunds? I've seen many times that a refund also shows up on this report.
