Early Access for Live Services AI Chat Assistant - Enable Today!

As we embark on this beta journey, we invite all clients to take advantage of the opportunity to opt in and explore the capabilities of our AI Chat Assistant for Live Services powered by Titan Intelligence. Opting in is very simple – head to the Communication section of your dashboard, toggle the switch and customize the name and opening message for your AI Assistant. Please note that the opening message in the AI controls will replace the current one on your chat.

Opt-in now by:

  1. Opening your Schedule Engine dashboard
  2. Navigating to the Communications section
  3. Finding the AI Assistant Beta page
  4. Clicking the toggle to turn it on

Once you have the AI toggled on, you can select a unique name for your AI Assistant and customize the intro message that customers will see at the top of every chat. If you’re not quite ready to dive into the AI future, you can always toggle it off again in your dashboard. Give it a try today!

In its current beta phase, our AI Assistant primarily focuses on lead generation with the following steps:

  1. Welcome the Customer.
  2. Gather Context: Understand your customer's needs by asking, "What can we help you with? Can you tell me more about that issue?".
  3. Collect Information: Obtain customer name, phone number, and address for seamless communication.
  4. Pass to CS Agent: Transfer the conversation to a Customer Service agent to conclude the interaction.

Customers always have the option to request to speak with a human or press the "talk to an agent" button at the bottom of the chat if they prefer a more traditional interaction.

  • No Pricing Discount: It's important to note that there is no pricing discount with this version of the AI, as it is still overseen by agents and currently controls only the opening of the conversation.
