Custom Fields when scheduling...

I am really not sure how I missed out on this for so long...but in a Spark Session today, I learned I can make custom fields required for scheduling! HOLY COW this is a game changer! 

What are some of your favorite custom fields that are required when scheduling?

We LOVE using custom fields!! Your right!! HUGE GAME CHANGER!! Using this helps prepare our team to create a perfect service call!

We love custom fields!!  "Square footage of home", "Are you the owner" and "Are you a member of our Comfort Club" are just a few we use.

Did you also learn about how they can be required for some job types and not others?  That was a huge thing to learn!

We edited the "Water Heater" Job type to have custom fields to fill in what type, size, location, etc
