My team is working on service agreements for all of our customers. When we get to the final step "preview and download" nothing loads on the preview screen and when we select download, we get an error saying "failed to load pdf file".
I have subsequently gone in and try to do some service agreements today and have been getting the same error. We need to be able to preview the document to review it but also download it to send to the customer since the email function isn't available right now.
