I have heard a few companies go back to their vendors and have some success in negotiating some discounts. Encourage you to take this opportunity with interest rates rising and a potential recession looming to see how you can set yourself up with some lower pricing for 2023. Obviously, no one should share specific details or even vendors, but anyone have some wins they can share? Biggest takeaway I always have is how to you make your vendors win, so they will want you to win as well.
