I work for a MSP and we have a customer that has issues with their QB. Several months ago, their QB company file was having issues opening up. The company file was essentially copied to use the new file as a test. In short, they ended up using the copied file. This apparently, they just found out broke a link with Service titan and when the batches were posted, they did not auto fill in the classes filed(s). We are talking over 600+ transactions. Is there a way to resolve this issue without having to go in a manually update each file? Manually updating is going to take a considerable amount of time.
