Welcome to the ServiceTitan Community!

At ServiceTitan, we judge our success by one metric: the success of our customers. Customer success drives every feature we create, every advancement we bring to the industry, every best practice we champion through our software. And at ServiceTitan, customer success means nothing less than changing the lives of our customers and achieving the extraordinary.

Our amazing community of contractors and employees from across the globe are here to support your journey with ServiceTitan. To ensure we create an inclusive space for our customers, partners, and employees, we have created the following guidelines to establish how we connect with each other in the ServiceTitan Community.

Be Respectful

  • Respect people's time and attention by asking well-thought-out questions and sharing what you've learned in your experiences.
  • Respect individuals by keeping your tone positive, your comments constructive, and your language appropriate for a public forum.
  • Assume positive intent.
  • All people are welcome to use the Community.
  • Personal insults, threats of violence, and/or harassment have no place in the Community and will result in revoked Community membership, and will automatically place your ServiceTitan account in review.

Be Relevant

  • Keep contributions relevant to the Community’s purpose and to the specific discussion or topic posted.
  • Keep discussions in one place. Do not duplicate messages in different areas of the Community. If you have a new question, start a new thread rather than inserting it into  a different conversation.
  • Refrain from selling.
  • Direct or indirect promotion of a competitive (to ServiceTitan) software.

Be Collaborative

  • Help others solve problems and succeed by contributing to discussions.
  • Embrace new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Give and receive feedback fearlessly, with respect and honesty.
  • Use your passion to inspire others and help them succeed.

Be Honest

  • In every conversation or post, be open and respectfully direct.
  • Speak the truth out of a desire to help one another, improve experiences, and foster better interactions.

Be Sensible

  • Use good judgment when considering advice or best practices shared within the Community. Some ideas may not be recommended for or pertinent to you since your situation, use case, or business practices may vary from those of the individual sharing a solution. ServiceTitan is not responsible for the content generated by other users.
  • Apply the same common sense to what you find in the Community that you would apply to information anywhere else on the Internet.
  • Don't share anything about yourself or your organization that you would not want to see on a road-side billboard.
  • Share your business email address if you wish, but don't post personal information—your own or anyone else's—including contact information or any content that you receive in one-to-one communications without the author's consent. If a fellow member reports that you shared their information without permission, ServiceTitan Community will consider it a violation of these guidelines and you will be subject to consequences up to and including a ban from the ServiceTitan Community.

Agreement To Guidelines

By using the ServiceTitan Community, you agree to follow these rules as well as the full Terms of Use. The Community team reserves the right to edit, remove, archive, or otherwise alter submitted content to fit within Community guidelines. In addition, the Community team reserves the right to restrict access or block any user for not adhering to these guidelines. If you have any questions about our guidelines, terms, or policies, let us know at: community@servicetitan.com.

The ServiceTitan Logo and Employees

You will notice that some Community members have a ServiceTitan logo next to their names - this means they are ServiceTitan employees. Like you, they are members of the Community around ServiceTitan products, and we encourage them to share their knowledge and opinions here.

Flag inappropriate content for review

If you recognize any violation of these guidelines, please notify the Community team. Choose Report Inappropriate Content from a post's Options menu, and let us know why you feel the content is inappropriate.

In addition to the guidelines above (abusive or disrespectful language, personally identifying information, et al.), some examples of inappropriate content include:

  • Spam of any kind.
  • Solicitations or promotions. If you have something you want members to join, participate in, or buy–ask us first.
  • Discrimination, harassment, and bullying in any form
  • Duplicate content or content appropriated without permission from other sources or users.
  • Any other content that ServiceTitan deems otherwise inappropriate or irrelevant, or for any other reason in ServiceTitan's sole discretion.

If you have questions or need assistance, reach out to us at community@servicetitan.com.

We thank you, and your fellow community members thank you.
