Purchase Order Entries Show Job Type

When the office is entering purchase orders - after the job number is entered we need to know the 

1. business unit (which populates)

2. Job Type (Can it be added to populate when the job number is entered on the create purchase order screen) ?  This will help us see if items are being purchased for a "duct cleaning" that are used only for "service" or when items are being purchased for a "WARRANTY" Call the office will know to follow up to make sure the warrantied parts have been returned for credit?
