Ok so we have been trying for nearly a month to get service titan to connect to Quickbooks. I have called customer service as well as the onboarding specialist and we cannot seem to get it going. I have reports due and sales tax reports that I have to get done. When I try to connect it will show it is connecting and then the web connector just disappears and goes away. Which kicks me off. I have uninstalled and re installed the web connector. I have made sure all my GL accounts match. I am at a loss on how to get it to stay connected. When it pops up and ask me if I want to allow changes I click yes.
