This looks great! Who do I reach out to for help on setting up configurable payroll. We have it turned on but my CSR team is not able to figure out how to make it work. 

We use what i think is a pretty simple program where a tech earns hourly plus commission. The commission varies depending upon what pricebook category the service/equipment is in.

I see that the ability to do ticket pay is possible in your upload.  How can I get this set up. I can only find the ability to bonus or spif within the configurable payroll module.
