I need to know why certain jobs arent showing on the schedule but they show on the dispatch screen

Try going to the far-left side of the Schedule page, and check all the boxes under the calendar for accuracy, i.e. View Mode, Business Units, Technicians, etc. You may have to "Reset."

Make sure on the right hand side under "job types" and "tag types" you reset it them so it pulls all the job types and tag types..

It will randomly only pull certain tags for us and we have to reset them to pull all

I have been fighting with ST for some time now with dispatch issues. Good luck. Do you use your dispatch map to see how far techs are from jobs? We do but that option is no longer available they say. Once a tech dispatches the house icon disappears. Do you have that issue?

Try updating your screen, or switch your view from month back to weekly (upper right-hand corner). Also make sure you're checked the proper Business Unit and Type.
