We would like to know if Service Titan is working on adding flat rate billing for Service agreement visits. We have many tendered service contracts that the billing for each visit is set up in our contracts at a set price and not on the actual time spent. Looking for a work around and wondering if anyone else has found a solution to this problem.

A little late here, but we have the same issue. What I have done is set the "Labor Hours" to 1 and the "Labor Cost/Hour" to whatever we are charging flat rate for the service. Then I set the "Material Cost" to $0.00. (See screenshot below.) Then when it gets to the screen where you enter mark-ups, I just leave them all at $0 or 0% and enter whatever the total of all the services on the contract is together as the Total Agreement Price. We've been doing it this way since April and no issues so far, but it's definitely not ideal. I would love to see some more flexibility in the set up of these as well. Hope this helps 🙂
