Anyone not seeing office sales for won estimates on Dashboard Sales? They are not coming up under Report either. All my business units are turned on. I can find the original approved estimate and the completed job but the reporting is only showing the total tech sales and doesn't include the office. BTW its never been an issue in the past...just wondering what changed
We are having the same issue as well. We would like to see total number of sales whether a technician, office staff, or non-job estimates result in sold. Looking for the best report to do so
