How is everyone handling getting signed timecards from their technicians? Also, we run different work week schedules that ST doesn't have as options yet, so the reports I print "managed technician timesheet" don't accurately break up REG and OT

What do you have them sign? Just a manually printed timesheet? I was hoping ST would automate this with a digital signature option for ease, but I haven t seen it yet.

My techs are aware that if they do not sign the payroll by 11AM on Monday morning, they will not get paid that following Friday (unless they are out for some reason).
