Greetings from America's High Five! Almost 4 months ago I joined our company in Southeast Michigan that does HVAC, Electrical, and Generators. I'd never used ServiceTitan before (nor had I been in the Trades- my prior industries going backwards were Accounting/Tax, Healthcare, Retail, and Food Service) but between the skills I acquired throughout my job history, going through multiple software transitions at multiple jobs, and my eagerness to learn, I've caught on very quickly and I'm already halfway done with completing my ST Certified User Courses! Looking forward to both receiving and sharing tips and tricks to get the most out of this software 🙂
