Service Manager Reports

Looking for other guidance on reporting for Service Managers. Any service managers on here that have recommendations ?

Depending on your roles and responsibilities, WIP reports can be very helpful. You can schedule these reports to arrive in your inbox daily or at other intervals. If you need to track open POs, you can also have these reports scheduled and sent to your email.

Another useful report, if relevant to your role, is unsent invoices. If monitoring the payment status of services performed is part of your duties, you can set up a report for unsent invoices to be delivered to your inbox as well.

Alternatively, all of these reports are accessible directly in Titan if you prefer not to receive additional emails.
